As a substitute in the Authority Department, you will be part of a competent and dedicated workgroup consisting of nine experienced caseworkers.

The workgroup is characterized by good collaboration skills, an open climate, and strong collegial support. Here, we help each other, share knowledge and experiences – and at the same time have fun and enjoy our daily work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a caseworker, you will be part of a team where you will have a varied and challenging responsibility. Your main tasks include:

  • Receiving applications for services under the Social Services Act, the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons.
  • Investigating and assessing individuals' needs, abilities, and life situations.
  • Deciding on appropriate services and following up on them.
  • Collaborating with other professionals and actors in the care work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has started or completed a degree in social work, or another equivalent education that we consider relevant for the position.

You have good communication skills and express yourself clearly and professionally in both speech and writing.
